Great Minds is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the complete sales process for small district accounts. The role emphasizes virtual engagement with district stakeholders and expanding partnerships for high-quality instructional materials.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build a strong pipeline, and deliver compelling sales presentations while leveraging knowledge of Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and PhD Science to support adoption across your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in the education sector with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy to articulate value of educational solutions remotely.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track progress and drive results.
• Experience collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to support key opportunities.
• Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on new sales, renewals, and services to drive growth and meet sales targets within assigned small accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and monitoring district initiatives.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quota, pipeline development goals and engagement benchmarks.
• Utilize data to track performance, refine sales strategies, and maintain territory forecasts.
• Monitor competitive activity and gather market intelligence through regular customer interactions.
