Now Hiring: Scanning Operator (Entry-Level) | El Paso, TX

Looking for a stable Monday‑Friday opportunity with a growing team? We're seeking detail‑oriented and dependable Scanning Operators to help manage high‑volume document imaging and records processing in a fast‑paced professional environment.

Location: El Paso, TX 79932 (Onsite)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday‑Friday | Must be flexible for shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM (based on business needs)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Scan, index, and quality-check documents using high-speed scanning equipment
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Sort, prepare, file, and re-box documents
• Receive and process incoming mail, boxes, and shipments
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Provide outstanding customer service and support internal teams

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
