Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Scaled Customer Success Associate to serve public safety clients and ensure smooth adoption, high usage, and strong product satisfaction. You will drive a one-to-many strategy, democratizing expertise to hundreds of agencies while leveraging automation and data analytics.

You will manage a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal, create self-service resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales or public safety).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio, ensuring agencies are successful from go-live through renewal.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: Analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts; coordinate with Content strategy to re-engage users and drive adoption.
• Process Trailblazing: Help build and refine the 'Scaled' operating model—finding patterns and developing efficient support for many agencies via technology.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: Develop videos and self-service resources; translate complex workflows into simple, actionable content for customers.
• Community Forum Management: Monitor and create content to address questions and keep the forum active as a knowledge hub.
