• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in a customer-facing role (advocacy, sales or public safety).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.
• Travel up to 10% and relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the high-volume customer journey from go-live through renewal.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and drive re-engagement.
• Build and refine the scaled operating model to support hundreds of agencies with tech.
• Develop self-service resources, including how-to videos and guides for customers.
• Monitor the community forum and keep it a valuable resource hub.
