Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to manage a high-volume public safety client portfolio from go-live to renewal. You will leverage data analytics and content to boost adoption, retention, and value realization across hundreds of agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles.

• Help build the scaled operating model to provide support to many agencies efficiently.
• Develop self-service resources like how-to videos and guides tailored for Motorola's customer base.
• Monitor community forums and keep content current to assist users and share insights.
