Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to shepherd a high-volume portfolio of Public Safety clients from go-live to renewal. You will leverage automation, data analytics, and scalable content to maximize adoption and retention across hundreds of agencies.

The role emphasizes translating complex technical workflows into clear, actionable guidance and enabling self-service resources. A strong focus on communication and cross-functional collaboration will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in a customer-facing role (advocacy, sales or public safety).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify at-risk or unhealthy accounts and coordinate scaled outreach.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model to support many agencies via technology.
• Develop self-service resources and how-to content, translating complex workflows into simple guidance.
• Monitor community forum and create content to keep customers engaged and informed.
