You will leverage automation, data analytics, and self-service resources to drive adoption, value, and product satisfaction across hundreds of agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: Analyze usage and identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts.
• Process Trailblazing: Build and refine the scaled operating model.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: Develop video and self-service resources.
• Community Forum Management: Maintain a proactive, resourceful forum for customers.
