Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support Public Safety clients and drive adoption at scale. You will use automation and data analytics to help hundreds of agencies realize value, from go-live to renewal.

The role emphasizes content creation, self-service enablement, and community forum management to democratize expertise and improve retention across a broad customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of experience in a Customer-Facing role, Sales or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer sponsorship is not available.
• Travel under 10% and relocation none are noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage users.
• Help build and refine scalable operating models to support many agencies via technology.
• Develop video and self-service resources, translate complex workflows into actionable content.
• Monitor forum activity and create content to keep the community engaged.
