Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to work with Public Safety clients, ensuring smooth adoption, maximizing usage, and driving product satisfaction. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, leverage data insights, and develop scalable content to empower hundreds of agencies.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of experience in a Customer-Facing role, Sales or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in customer advocacy, sales or public safety.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio, ensuring agencies are successful from initial go-live through their renewal cycles.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: Regularly analyze usage data to identify accounts that are unhealthy or at-risk and re-engage them to drive adoption.
• Process Trailblazing: Develop and refine the Scaled operating model to improve efficiency and address customer challenges through tech-enabled support.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: Create videos and self-service content; translate complex workflows into simple, actionable guides for customers.
• Community Forum Management: Monitor and grow the forum as a resource hub for customer insights and peer learning.
