Job summary

You will be the engine behind a one-to-many strategy, servicing hundreds of agencies with automation, analytics and scalable content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in a customer-facing role in customer advocacy, sales or public safety.
• Ability to translate complex software features into simple, actionable guidance.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio through go-live to renewal.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: Analyze usage data to flag unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage users.
• Process Trailblazing: Help build the scaled operating model and improve support for many agencies via tech.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: Develop videos and guides for self-help resources.
• Community Forum Management: Create content to sustain active discussion and peer learning.
