Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to manage a high-volume portfolio of Public Safety clients, drive adoption, and maximize value through automated, data-driven engagement.

You will translate complex workflows into simple self-service content, monitor usage to spot risks, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely education and support, strengthening retention and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in customer advocacy, sales or public safety is preferred.
• Ability to learn complex software and translate features into value.
• Strong written communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live to renewal.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: Regularly analyze usage data to identify at-risk accounts and re-engage customers.
• Process Trailblazing: Build and refine scalable operating models to support many agencies.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: Develop video and self-service resources translating complex workflows into actionable content.
• Community Forum Management: Monitor and curate content to keep the community active and informed.
