Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. We seek an Engagement Manager to lead a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams, driving adoption, technical health, and commercial outcomes end-to-end.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, design scalable playbooks, and leverage automation to deliver measurable ROI while reserving high-touch moments for the most impactful interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years for Manager, 6+ years for Senior Manager, in scaled or digital customer success, customer operations, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B AI verticals or Legal Tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the scaled adoption playbook for onboarding, enablement, and change management.
• Execute the playbook with automated touchpoints from rollout to firm-wide adoption.
• Drive adoption, retention and expansion across a high-volume portfolio with data-driven insights.
