Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Director to lead a multi-layered team within our Engagement org, driving adoption and value for top law firms and corporations. You will own a vertical—defining engagement models, building playbooks, and guiding senior client relationships to measurable outcomes.

This role requires transforming large organizations, aligning cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Legal to deliver multi-year change programs, with a focus on ROI,

Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation background with track record designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
• Experience building the standards and operating rhythms that scale tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, with 5+ years managing client-facing teams.
• Own adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a vertical of enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with regulated or complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain quickly.
• Strong operational discipline with inspection frameworks and tight rhythms.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence with C-suite and legal leaders.
• High EQ and comfort in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Deep data fluency to drive decisions across the vertical.

Responsibilities

• Define the engagement model for your vertical, setting the standard for how your team designs each client's adoption playbook and outcomes.
• Build operating rhythms for portfolio/pipeline reviews, health inspections, and coaching cadences at scale.
• Coach managers to act as strategic advisors and engage executive sponsors for high-value opportunities.
• Set standards for value through a structured cadence: success plans, enablement, check-ins, and reviews.
• Partner with Leadership to orchestrate cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Support).
• Collaborate with GTM on commercial moments, ensure smooth handoffs, renewals and expansions.
• Translate vertical feedback into roadmap, positioning, and enablement.
