Job summary

Legora seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sales adoption and value realization for top law firms and corporate legal teams. You will design tailored adoption playbooks, manage outcomes, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and client impact.

You will drive multi-year programs, align AI capabilities with client needs, and maintain executive relationships while expanding successful use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
• Ability to build client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
• 3+ years for Manager, 6+ years for Senior Manager in management consulting, LegalTech, or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients.
• Ability to work with regulated industries and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design each client's adoption playbook and outcomes.
• Execute playbook from rollout to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Act as strategic advisor guiding boards and teams.
• Drive value through structured operating cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate client success.
• Collaborate with GTM on commercial moments and expansions.
• Translate feedback into roadmap and enablement.
