Job summary

Legora seeks an Engagement Manager to lead post-sale customer experience, onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. You will design tailored adoption playbooks and drive multi-year change-management programs to embed Legora into client workflows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable ROI while expanding successful use cases and ensuring a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
• Ability to build tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• 3–6 years for Manager, 5–8 years for Senior Manager in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the client's adoption playbook and measurable outcomes.
• Execute the playbook from rollout to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Act as strategic advisor to identify high-impact opportunities and drive value.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts to accelerate client success and ensure continuity.
• Translate client feedback into roadmap and enablement improvements.
