Job summary

Legora is transforming how legal work is done with an AI-native workspace. We seek an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise firms and corporates.

You will design tailored adoption playbooks, sequence initiatives, and act as the trusted advisor to turn Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate. You will build client roadmaps, manage multi-year change programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Strong management consulting background at a global firm.
• Experience designing change management and adoption programs.
• Experience building client transformation roadmaps.
• Track record with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• High EQ with ability to listen, advise and act.
• Genuine interest in AI transforming complex industries.

Responsibilities

• Design each client’s adoption playbook and outcomes.
• Execute rollout to firm-wide adoption and evolve as needs grow.
• Act as strategic advisor understanding client goals and legal workflows.
• Drive value through a structured cadence: success plans, enablement, reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate client success.
• Identify expansion opportunities with GTM.
• Translate client feedback into roadmap, enablement, and messaging.
