Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to drive adoption and long-term success for leading law firms and corporate legal teams. You will own onboarding, adoption, and value realization, building tailored playbooks and multi-year change-management programs that transform how clients work with Legora.

You will design client roadmaps, sequence initiatives from rollout to enterprise adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable ROI and expanding use cases as AI

Qualifications

• Design and deliver change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
• Create tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and customer success at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale customer experience, onboarding, adoption, and value realization for a portfolio of law firms or corporates.
• Design client adoption playbooks and align stakeholder maps with expected outcomes.
• Execute rollout to enterprise-wide adoption and adapt as client needs and Legora capabilities evolve.
• Act as strategic advisor, surfacing high-impact opportunities and guiding teams toward maximum value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support) for end-to-end account success.
• Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap inputs to improve enablement and outcomes.
