Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale motions for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. You will own adoption, renewal, and expansion programs, leveraging CRM, LMS, and data visualization tools to drive measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap and enablement, while maintaining a scalable, high-velocity execution model across an international client base.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver scalable customer success programs for large client bases.
• Build repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs at scale.
• Track adoption, renewal and expansion with data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and go-to-market teams to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of clients across EMEA.
• Improve the scaled adoption playbook and automate touchpoints.
• Drive renewal and expansion as repeatable, data-informed motions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate customer success.
• Translate feedback into roadmap and enablement improvements.
• Monitor adoption signals and flag risks with portfolio hygiene.
