Legora in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to guide the adoption of Legora among top law firms and corporate legal teams.

You will design client adoption playbooks, lead multi-year change-management programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI.

This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for transforming how legal departments operate in an AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation background with experience designing and delivering change-management programs.
• Experience building client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients.
• Strong program and project management skills and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of law firms or corporates.
• Design adoption playbooks and tailor change-management plans for each client.
• Execute rollout sequences from initial adoption to enterprise-wide scaled usage.
• Act as strategic advisor guiding stakeholders to maximize Legora value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate client success across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless transitions with clients.
• Translate feedback into roadmap and enablement improvements.
