Legora is revolutionizing how legal work is done, with an AI-native workspace and a growing global client base. We seek a strategic Engagement Manager to lead post-sale adoption for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams, driving automated, measurable outcomes.

You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts, balance automation with high-touch engagement, and guide customers to sustained value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and delivering programs serving large customer bases.
• Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks and education programs at scale.
• 3+ years in scaled or digital customer success or related field for Manager, 5+ for Senior Manager.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio.
• Ownership of commercial metrics including renewal and expansion as repeatable motions.
• Fluent in English and French; strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, EQ-driven, and able to operate in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate teams across EMEA.
• Improve onboarding and enablement playbooks; drive automation and scale adoption.
• Lead strategic engagements and surface high-impact opportunities across the portfolio.
• Run a programmatic operating cadence with templates, training, and value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and flag risks; coordinate with internal teams to mitigate.
• Manage renewals and expansions as repeatable motions with data-informed forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal Engineering, and GTM to align roadmap with customer feedback.
