Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years in administrative, clerical or accounting tasks.
• Basic bookkeeping and records management knowledge.
• MS Office, especially Excel, and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale house computer and weigh trucks accurately.
• Monitor inbound/outbound truck activity and logs.
• Identify customer accounts for correct billing with drivers.
• Maintain tickets and manifests with precise records.
• Balance daily receipts and ensure proper billing.
