Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Scale House Clerk to weigh trucks, track inbound and outbound activity, and ensure accurate billing and records. You will handle tickets, manifests, payments, and reporting while maintaining safety and PPE rules.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of admin and accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a high school diploma. The role supports multiple shifts, including Saturdays, in a full-time capacity.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical and accounting activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Excel and basic bookkeeping concepts.

Mansioni

• Operate scale house computer; weigh trucks and monitor inbound/outbound activity.
• Identify customer accounts by driver conversation and visual verification for accurate billing.
• Keep accurate records of tickets and manifests.
• Answer phone and provide information on hours, waste types and location.
• Calculate payments for customers and balance daily receipts.
• Generate reports as needed and ensure loads are safe and compliant.
• Ensure PPE compliance and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas.
