Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical and accounting experience.
• Highly organized with knowledge of bookkeeping and records management.
• Proficient with business software; Excel skills are necessary.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale house computer to weigh trucks and monitor activity.
• Identify customer accounts by speaking with drivers for accurate billing.
• Keep records of tickets and manifests.
• Answer calls and provide hours, waste types and location information.
• Balance daily receipts and ensure accurate billing.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and other departments.
