Formación

• GED/ HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical and accounting experience.
• Highly organized with basic bookkeeping and records management.
• Proficient in business software and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh trucks and monitor inbound/outbound activity; keep accurate tickets and manifests.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with employees, customers, and visitors.
• Assist Operations Analyst with recordkeeping and standard reports.
• Identify customer accounts with drivers for accurate billing.
• Balance daily receipts and ensure proper billing.
• Ensure loads are safe and PPE used.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and other departments.
