Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end in a hybrid on-site and remote role in the United States. You will drive process development, implementation, and continuous improvement across SAP modules while partnering with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years as an SAP business analyst or process owner in O2C.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management; SFDC experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ERP modules SD, CS, MM, EWM and related apps.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate into SAP solutions with developers.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas including warranty, field service and sales distribution.
• Collaborate with SAP regional centers and external consultants to resolve issues and prevent disruptions.
