Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash with full ownership of process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, drive improvements, and serve as the go-to expert for enterprise system solutions.

The role is hybrid on site and from home, reporting to Senior Manager, Business Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
10+ years as an SAP business analyst or process owner.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
Experience with SFDC and e-commerce tools is preferred.
English proficiency required; able to work across functions.

Responsibilities

Support Order to Cash processes in SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related apps.
Gather requirements and translate them for SAP developers.
Improve subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
Support end users in Order to Cash activities across departments.
Provide technical guidance and drive process improvement.
Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional centers and external consultants.
Document current and future workflows and create training manuals.
