Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end, including process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid on-site/remote model.

You will gather requirements, drive improvements in subscription and contract management, support end users across Order to Cash, and help with SAP upgrades and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders on strategies and decisions.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience with SFDC.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash processes across local SAP ERP modules and business applications.
• Gather requirements and work with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order to Cash, including warranty, field service, demand planning, manufacturing, and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues with SAP regional center of excellence and global Support to resolve problems.
