Job summary

ABB is seeking a seasoned SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function across SAP modules and related business applications. You will work with internal customers and SAP developers to implement new solutions and drive continuous process improvements.

The role supports a hybrid on-site and remote work arrangement within the United States, collaborating with regional centers and global teams to prevent disruptions and optimize performance across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Fluent in English with excellent analytical abilities and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ERP modules and business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SAP developers to implement new solutions.
• Drive improvements in contract management and subscription processes in SAP and supporting tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash processes including warranty, service, planning, and distribution.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP CoE and external consultants to resolve problems.
• Document current and future process workflows and develop training materials.
