Job summary

ABB is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, MM, CS) and Contract Management. You will lead process development, implementation, and optimization while collaborating with stakeholders and SAP developers.

The role is hybrid on-site and from home in the United States. You will support end users, drive improvements, and participate in SAP upgrade testing and training, requiring 10+ years of SAP experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and experience in end-to-end O2C.
• Proficient in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management; SFDC knowledge.
• English proficiency; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order-to-Cash processes in SAP ERP modules and related apps.
• Gather requirements and translate into SAP/ SFDC solutions with developers.
• Improve subscription/contract management processes in SAP and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas including warranty and sales & distribution.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with regional centers of excellence and consultants.
• Document workflows and assist with SAP upgrades and training.
