Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order‑to‑Cash function end‑to‑end. You will lead process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules and adjacent tools, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

The role supports a hybrid on‑site and remote work model, with responsibilities spanning requirement gathering, solution delivery, and end‑user training to ensure smooth ERP operations and contract management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Own Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related business apps.
Gather requirements from internal customers and collaborate with SAP developers on solutions.
Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e‑commerce tools.
Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash processes, warranty, field service, demand planning and distribution.
Escalate issues to SAP regional centers and global support to resolve problems.
Lead SAP upgrade testing and training of end users; document current and future workflows.
