Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, CS, EWM), contract management, and SFDC, with a focus on process development, implementation, and optimization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid work model (on-site and home) to drive continuous improvement and deliver enterprise system solutions that reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and contract management.
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash processes across SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related apps.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and partner with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management processes in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash areas such as warranty, field service, demand planning, and sales & distribution.
• Deliver technical guidance and collaborate with the team on business problems and improvements.
• Escalate issues to SAP regional centers and partners to resolve problems.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and support SAP upgrades and testing.
• Document current and future state processes and develop training materials.
