Qualifications

• Proficient in computer-based business software.
• Experience in customer service or cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to handle money, count and make change.

Responsabilités

• Suggest retail products to clients, upsell and promote services.
• Cross-sell services to other salon areas.
• Respond professionally to customer issues and address complaints.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and resolve booking issues.
• Ensure refunds and re-dos are handled professionally.
• Ongoing personal education on products, services and industry trends.
• Promote business outside of the salon.
• Adjust schedule to meet client needs.
• Acknowledge client within 60 seconds of entering the salon.
• Answer phone within three rings, state name and salon location.
• Manage scheduling: book, cancel, and re-schedule appointments.
• Handle POS transactions timely and accurately.
• Emphasize pre-bookings at checkout.
• Ensure reception area meets State Board regulations and remains clean.
• Maintain an updated professional appearance and dress code.
