Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Salon Retail Coordinator to manage front desk operations, deliver excellent guest service, and assist the Salon Manager in daily tasks.

This nonexempt role requires strong communication, cash handling, and multitasking in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will upsell products, schedule appointments, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Proficient in computer based business-related software.
• Ability to handle money, count and make change.
• Customer Service or cosmetic industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Client Sales and Service responsibilities: Suggesting retail products to clients, upselling, cross-selling services, addressing complaints, maintaining professionalism and ongoing education, promoting business outside the salon, adjusting schedule to client needs.
• Telephone/Reception responsibilities: Acknowledge client within 60 seconds, answer calls within three rings with a smile, manage scheduling and POS transactions, encourage pre-bookings.
• Salon and Personal Presentation responsibilities: Maintain clean reception area, meet attendance/dress code guidelines, align with state regulations, coordinate with Salon Management.
