Belk is seeking a Salon Retail Coordinator to manage the front desk operation and support the Salon Manager. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, performing POS transactions, and promoting salon products and services.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Proficient in computer-based business-related software.
• Ability to handle money, count and make change.
• Customer Service or cosmetic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Suggesting retail products to clients, upselling and promoting promotions and additional services.
• Cross-sell services to other salon areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service issues and complaints.
• Exhibit strong communication skills when handling difficult service situations.
• Manage refunds and re-dos in a professional manner.
• Promote business outside the salon and adjust the schedule to meet client needs.
