Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting retail products, cross-selling services, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating appointments. A GED/HS diploma and basic computer/POS skills are required, with experience in customer service or cosmetics preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the front desk, manage retail product recommendations and upselling.
• Cross-sell services and promote salon promotions to boost sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold salon dress code.
• Coordinate scheduling, cancellations, and re-bookings; process POS transactions.
