Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Sales Transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will work across the lead-to-cash processes to reimagine sales strategy, operations, process, and technology to accelerate revenue growth or optimize efficiency.

As a member of the Sales Transformation team, you will design and implement future state sales models, lead client workshops, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with client executives on technology roadmaps and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics or related field; MBA considered.
3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with a focus on commercial functions.
Strong problem solving, workshop planning, and roadmapping skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external research on sales practices for B2C/B2B.
Lead stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Document sales processes and enabling technology stacks.
Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
Collaborate with executives on sales strategy, capabilities, processes, and tech.
Support assessment and implementation of sales technology platforms.
Mentor junior team members and stay current on trends.
