Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Sales Transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will guide client teams through lead-to-cash initiatives, helping optimize sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth.

You will engage in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and roadmapping across B2C and B2B contexts, advising on CRM, CPQ, CLM implementations and emerging AI-enabled sales solutions. Travel up to 50–80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent can also be considered
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry position with focus on commercial functions or related technologies (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing)
• Experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience leading workshops, research, gap analyses and roadmaps
• Ability to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead client stakeholder interviews and document sales processes and enabling technology
• Conduct internal and external research on best practices for B2C/B2B sales
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops
• Collaborate with executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes and technologies
• Support assessment and implementation of enterprise sales tech platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM)
• Mentor junior team members and stay abreast of sales trends and AI developments
