Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Sales transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will work with client teams across the lead-to-cash process to reimagine capabilities across sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth or optimize efficiency.

As a member of our team, you will interview stakeholders, document processes, and facilitate workshops while collaborating with executives to assess strategies and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA/equivalent can be considered.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with commercial focus.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external research on leading practices for B2C and B2B sales organizations.
• Lead client stakeholder interviews to understand landscape and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document sales processes and enabling technology for each process.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies for opportunities.
• Support assessment and implementation of enterprise sales tech platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of trends in sales operating models, customer experience, tools, and AI.
