Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Sales transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will work with client teams across the lead-to-cash process to reimagine sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, document processes, prepare materials, and facilitate workshops, while collaborating with executives to identify opportunities and implement enterprise sales technology platforms such as CRM,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
3+ years in consulting or industry with commercial focus (sales, marketing, pricing).
Strong ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Analytical, collaborative problem-solving and clear communication.
Experience in workshop planning, current-state assessment, gap analysis and roadmaps.
Willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external research on leading practices for B2C and B2B sales.
Lead client stakeholder interviews to understand landscape and opportunities.
Document sales processes and enabling technologies.
Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, processes, and technologies.
