Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for our Sales Transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will work with client teams on the lead-to-cash process, shaping sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth or improve efficiency.

You’ll deliver complex engagements, mentor juniors, and stay ahead of emerging trends in sales tech and AI. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in marketing or related field (MBA preferred), 3+ years in consulting or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with focus on commercial functions or related technologies (Sales, Marketing, Pricing).
Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills.
Experience delivering workshops, current state assessments, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on best practices for B2C/B2B sales organizations.
Lead stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Document sales processes and enabling technology.
Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies.
Support assessment and implementation of sales technology platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of sales tech trends.
