Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Sales transformation team within EY Studio+. You will work across lead-to-cash processes, shaping sales strategy, operations, and technology to accelerate revenue growth or optimize efficiency.

You’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, map processes, and help define future state roadmaps while collaborating with client executives. You’ll mentor junior staff, stay ahead of trends in AI-enabled sales, and contribute to end-to-end program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or analytics; MBA considered.
• 3+ years in consulting or industry with commercial focus.
• Strong problem solving and client-facing judgment.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on B2C/B2B sales practices and benchmarks.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and map sales processes.
• Document processes and enabling sales technologies (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Prepare client materials and facilitate workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess strategies and drive improvements.
• Support implementation of sales technology platforms and tools.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current on trends.
