Storable is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive new revenue and expand existing bookings in our SaaS platform for the self-storage industry. You will lead a high-performing team, close deals, and optimize a scalable sales process with CRM analytics.

You will forecast pipeline, coach the team, and report progress to leadership. The role requires a hands-on approach to negotiations and a track record in B2B SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking to develop and implement sales plans.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
• Coaching and mentorship for sales team members.

Responsabilités

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals.
