Job summary

Storable is transforming property management software for self-storage, marine, and RV industries. We seek a Sales Manager to drive growth, nurture and close deals, and build a scalable sales process.

You will own forecast accuracy and pipeline health while leading a high-performing team. You will work hands-on with senior leadership to expand bookings, optimize account strategies, and implement data-driven sales analytics.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience leading and growing B2B SaaS sales teams.
• Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
• Hands-on approach to nurturing and closing deals.
• Experience building scalable sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls and negotiations.
• Report on sales performance to leadership.
• Lead lead-gen engine development and automation.
