Job summary

Storable is redefining how storage sales operate with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will own growth of new and existing revenue, hands-on deal closure, and the development of a repeatable sales process across multiple B2B segments.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team, forecast performance, and report outcomes to leadership while driving innovative automation of current systems.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking to develop and implement sales plans to achieve objectives.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
