Job summary

Storable is redefining how storage-related sales operate. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new revenue and expand existing revenue through a scalable, repeatable sales process.

You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, forecast performance, and directly participate in closing deals across B2B SaaS segments. You will recruit and train the sales team, develop growth strategies, and report on pipeline health and KPIs to leadership, all while advancing a data-driven, results-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage pipeline.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
