You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, lead regular reviews, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results. The role blends hands-on selling with leadership in a fully distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
