Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program. You will work with field sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities, review assessments and IDPs, and deliver training to improve productivity and sales skills.

Responsibilities include facilitating trainings, guiding content design, and leveraging Teams for virtual sessions. Expect 20-30% travel and independent decision making within leadership directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Seven years or more in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult field sales leaders and facilitate/deliver sales training via classroom and webinar.
• Recommend training content and drive continuous improvement based on evaluations.
