Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program. You will work with field sales leadership to identify development opportunities, review assessments and IDPs, and deliver coaching to improve productivity and sales skills.

The role involves training facilitation via classroom and webinar, minimal supervision, 20-30% travel, and collaboration across HQ, sales leaders, and operations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent.
• 7+ years' sales or account management with coaching experience.
• Experience in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar.
• Provide recommendations on training content and design.
