Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support Ryder Sales University, focusing on coaching and developing field sales talent. The role partners with sales leadership to identify training opportunities, deliver in-person and webinar sessions, and track progress with assessments and IDPs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and 7+ years in sales or account management with coaching experience. Travel 20–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years in sales or account management with coaching experience in a multi-channel business service environment.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and create development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders and facilitate training via classroom and webinar.
• Provide recommendation and assistance on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and feedback.
• Perform other duties and coordinate with sales leaders for training sessions via Teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience
