Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field leadership to identify training opportunities and coach sales staff to improve productivity and skills.

The role includes facilitating training, reviewing assessments and development plans, and delivering coaching sessions. Occasional travel and virtual sessions via Teams are required in this multi-channel business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience in a multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development of the sales team; curate development plans and follow-up.
• Consult with field sales leaders and facilitate delivery of sales training via classroom and webinars.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and delivery; seek continuous improvement.
